25 an hour Get To Know Dayspring In 1987 Dayspring opened Dayspring Village, a licensed 94 bed Limited Mental Health Assisted Living Facility.
Our Staff and leadership teams are made up of compassionate, caring individuals who are dedicated to assisting each of our residents with a continuous course of redirection in their daily skills, to reduce symptoms, and improve the quality of life.
In 2016 we opened our second facility, Dayspring Senior Living.
Our desire was to continue to serve the members of our community by providing a family owned, rural set Assisted Living Facility for the Elderly Population of Nassau County, FL.

Our Admin Team is the backbone of our organization.
They ensure that our other teams (Client Management, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Activities, etc.
) have the support they need to go above and beyond for our residents.
They also guarantee that our residents and their families have the support, encouragement, and tools they need to succeed in their personal goals.
The Skill Set 1 year experience in a professional office setting.
3 years experience in accounting or financial management.
1 year experience in project management Familiarity with Long Term Care benefit programs for the State of Florida.
Willingness to learn Assisted Living Facility (ALF) Rules and Regulations Willingness to learn Revenue Optimization People Oriented Process Oriented Caring, Compassion, and Patient Within 1 Month, You Will Get familiar with the facilities and office routine.
Be trained in our Health Care Software Point Click Care and master skills such as:
Making resident progress notes Documenting Updates (Clinical, Financial, etc.
) Sending Secure Messages to Case Managers, Physicians, and other staff.
Be Trained in Infection Control Policies Be Trained in Food Handling Policies and Procedures Be Trained in Major Emergency Management and Response Be Trained in Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation identification and handling Be Trained in Alzheimer's Care Be Trained to assist with Activities of Daily Living Be Trained in Do Not Resuscitate Orders (DNRO) Be Trained in Elopement & Wandering Policies and Procedures Be Trained in HIPPA Regulations Be Trained on Resident Rights Be Trained in HIV identification and care coordination Be Trained to identify, document, and handle significant changes in resident conditions Within 3 Months, You Will Become familiar with the Rules and Regulations for Assisted Living Facilities.
Partner with Facility Managers to recognize and address compliance issues within the facility.
Be educated and trained on Benefit Restoration for residents.
Be introduced to representatives from various Long Term Care organizations/providers.
Coordinate with said representatives to assist residents with benefit restoration.
Within 6 Months, You Will Complete the Limited Mental Health certification course.
Become a certified Mental Health First Aider.
Complete a stay interview with our Leadership Team to address any needs, concerns, provide feedback on your employment experience, and identify future career goals.
Advocate internally and externally for Resident Rights and Care Services.
Educate staff on rule and regulation compliance.
Conduct audits to recognize and address compliance concerns.
Within 12 Months, You Will Ensure facility and staff success based on compliance goals.
Identify growth opportunities in programs and services.
Help train new staff by participating in hands-on training and onboarding sessions.
Facilitate internal staff conversation to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth within Care Services, Staff Engagement, and overall Organization Success.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Pay:
Starting Rate is $17.
25/hour depending on experience.
Increases can be granted rapidly as training and experience is gained.
Location:
Business Office with travel to facilities as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
